Proud to Announce: We are API Registered!
UIPI strives to continuously improve all aspects of its business, including manufacturing, engineering, and customer service.
After two years of rigorous examination, along with random yearly audits, we have completed the process of becoming registered with the American Petroleum Institute (API). This improvement process involves using many of the quality control techniques we already had in place and adding in certified and approved methods to give us a very detailed and transparent quality control process.
The addition of API registration has helped us improve in each of these aspects, and we look forward to continuing to push forward. UIPI can also be certified by companies such as BV, LRS, DNV GL, GOST, and others, at the request of the OEM customers.
We're ISO 9001:2015 Certified Manufacturer
All UIPI slewing bearings are made in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which is the most widely known and internationally accepted standard for quality management.
This certification recognizes UIPI with a quality management system that consistently provides services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The ISO 9001 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined procedures in place in all our business areas such as R&D, production, supply chain management, risk management, handling of documents and data and strong business continuity processes.
Liability Insurance Acts as a Safety Net for Customers!
We understand some hesitance when switching to Chinese manufacturing. Therefore, in addition to ISO Certification and API Registration, we issue liability insurance for each of our customers, covering up to $2,000,000.00.
We have never had to use this coverage, but it acts as a great safety net for those hesitant to work with Chinese slewing bearing manufacturing.
Each slewing bearing carries a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and we stand behind our products.
